About object:

An office of the West Lithuanian industrial and financial corporation is located in the centre of Klaipeda City, on the right bank of the river Dane. The building includes manifestations of nearly all post-modern architectural features: sculptures, shape, and design deformation, as well as ornamental decorations.
The monumental stone slab-covered main street façade is divided graphically by the massive asymmetrical glass planes and brightened with architectural elements and the rhythmic of windows ornamentation. Natural materials and calm and neutral colour solution establish a dialogue with a historic building standing nearby.
The building is divided into different functional areas. The biggest part is occupied by office spaces, there is also equipped a fairly large indoor complex of sports, swimming pool and sauna, and a café is operating on the ground floor. The same post-modern principles are reflected in the interior of the building (author E. Bytautas). The interior spaces are also characterized by the multilayerity and monumentality. The architectural motifs or imitations of the interior styles are ranging from modern to classical antiquity and classicist.
