About object:

The building of a business centre Neopolis is topping in the centre of Klaipeda City. This territory is rich with commercial buildings under construction or already built. The complicated situation of a corner land plot is defined by a very busy crossing of Taikos Avenue and Agluona Street. By the construction, which was determined at no mean part by the plan of the land plot, an urban dominant had been formed. The structure of the building shape is consistent, rational and functional, as well as its volumetric architecture.
The architectural composition of the object consists of three parts with different, but easily identified functions. An axis of the composition – a high-rise vertical housing the administration premises and a café is drawn away at most from the Agluona Street. Due to the composition of façade planes finished with glass and stone mass tiles under the rationalist principle, the volume has gained a grace. The façades of a four-storey volume intended for a bank have been solved based on a similar principle. In contrast, the volume of a garage is laconic, its façades are plastic with minimal division into elements.
The project authors succeeded to create an expressive symbol of the crossroads by the modern volume composition of architectural expression and embody the character of the bustling city.
