About object:

The architects had two tasks: to bring back to life the old building and build a new one with therapeutic pools and saunas.
The first four-storey building with a basement was erected in 1989. Instead of completely transforming the old house, the architects preserved its functional, planned and constructional layout and only added another floor.
The most “delicious” part of the project is the new extension with new functions which was created by the architects by distancing themselves from the existing building and focusing on the architectural image of the resort. This is how the cone-shaped building with an ellipse layout emerged. Even its finish resembles a cone. The new extension includes three pools, one for adults, one for kids, and one for massages. There is also a vertical bath pool for aerobics as well as a sauna complex. And let’s not forget the massage room.
According to the authors, because the buildings are surrounded by pinewoods, the colours were selected to match the pine trunk, i.e. dark grey and orange. The natural theme continues inside the interior where we can find plenty of greenery, green shades, and wood finish.
